Hanging by chains from the ceiling are three stones encircling two bulbs, one half-silvered, the other inverted. It exists below the dismantled carapace of an oppressive circular fluorescent fixture. It draws energy from the entrails of the fixture.

Rays of light are cast: reflecting off the silver of bulb, the chains, and the metal surface of the existing mount; rays are obscured by the protective stones and by the chains, drawing shadows.
